- Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the deadline for submitting the open call for nomination competitive bidding participation application form to the bidding date.
- Must be registered in "G window guidance business" of "Consignment of office work and business" and "B event management, etc." of "Event planning and operation".
