Open call for proposal method

(When identifying candidates for consignment, we will recruit proposers who meet certain conditions, and conduct the implementation system, implementation policy, and implementation of the consignment.
After receiving a proposal for technical proposals, etc., conducting a hearing based on the submitted documents in principle, and then conducting a hearing on the contents of the proposal.

A person who meets all of the following conditions:

1 Not being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article

2 There must be registration of "other consignments" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in 2017. Or,
At the time of submitting the application form for participation, register "Other consignment, etc." in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.)
The application has been made and the registration is expected to be completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.

3 On any day between the deadline for submitting the proposal participation application form and the specific date of the contract candidate, Yokohama City General Competition Participation
Being a person who has not received measures to suspend general competition participation or suspend nomination based on the outline of measures such as suspension and nomination suspension.

4 In the past, local governments with a population of 500,000 or more must have a track record of employment support.

5 Recruitment pioneers must be experienced in job openings or job placements.

6 Recruitment pioneers must be those who have attended the employment placement manager training held by the Japan Private Employment placement business association within the past four years.

This contract is subject to suspension condition that each accounting budget for Yokohama City in 2018 will be voted on by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2018.
