Self-analysis of the top 100 businesses (100 large businesses) in general revenue utilization
This is one of the mechanisms for promoting expenditure reform in the “Basic Policy on Expenditure Reform in Fiscal 2023 Budgeting” (September 2, 2022).
As a start of "reconstruction of the evaluation system", we have stated that we will analyze the top 100 businesses using general financial resources.
We reviewed our qualitative business evaluations so far, and based on objective indicators, the Business Administration Division conducted a self-analysis based on the initial budget in FY2014.
The analysis results are used to examine the independent business improvement of the department in charge of the business and to discuss the budget formulation for the fifth fiscal year.
