Basic Policy on Expenditure Reform

The “Basic Policy on Expenditure Reform for Fiscal 2025 Budgeting” is issued under the “Three Municipal Government Policy *” for the realization of sustainable municipal administration. Based on "basic way of thinking", all agencies work together to work on expenditure reform based on the philosophy of "creation and conversion".
This policy summarizes the "basic concept" of expenditure reform, "reflection in the budget formulation for the 7th fiscal year," and "creating an execution system linked to the 7th fiscal year budget formulation."
