We announce about conduct result of public comment procedure based on Yokohama-shi public comment conduct summary Article 12.

2023
There are eight public comment procedures for soliciting opinions based on the implementation guidelines during 2023.
As for the breakdown, there are eight cases when "the mayor or other executive organs develop or revise plans to establish in separate table (Summary Article 4 Clause 1 first a)".
A total of 1,208 people (average of 151 people per case) received 2,077 opinions (average of 260 cases per case) by mail, facsimile, e-mail, etc.
In addition, of the eight public comment procedures implemented, eight were revised to the original draft based on the opinions received.
