- "Suggestions from citizens" are not accepted over the phone. If you send us your opinions over the phone, please talk directly to the department in charge.
1 "Suggestions from Citizens" Submission Form
In "suggestions from citizens", we have set up a "suggestions from citizens" submission form (outside site) using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. Please read the following notes before accessing.

- Please be sure to read the notes provided after accessing the submission form.
- Depending on the device you are using, the submission form may not be available. In that case, please send it by e-mail to the e-mail address for "Suggestions from Citizens".
2. Destination of e-mails and letters for “Proposals from Citizens”
- When you want answer from Motoichi and publication of "citizen's voice", please list that "we want answer (publication)" in the text. Please note that if you cannot confirm your answer or willingness to publish, it will be treated as "Request for Answer" or "Non-Disclosed".
- Dedicated submission forms are placed together with envelopes for mailing in some public facilities such as city halls, ward offices, administrative service corners, district centers and libraries, as well as in sets.
- If you send it by private stationery (including private sealed letters, postcards, and faxes), specify "Proposals from citizens" and then use the ward office Ward Administration Promotion Division in your ward (If you live outside the city, Please send it to the Citizens Bureau Public Affairs Consultation Section).
