In early November, it was discovered that a personal-only receipt mail (one My Number card) returned from Aoba Post Office to Aoba Ward Office was missing in the office of Family Registry Division. In the same month, we explained the circumstances to the customer and reissued them in December.
Mr. family register did not report this to the relevant departments.
We will deeply apologize to our customers for the loss of My Number Cards, which should be properly managed, and we will thoroughly prevent recurrence so that similar cases will not occur.
