Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters employees who took childcare leave and private injury leave between March 2016 and October 2020 received inquiries from the Yokohama Municipal Staff Mutual Aid Association and found that there was an error in the standard monthly remuneration used for calculating premiums and various benefits from employee health insurance and Employees' Pension Insurance. As a result, under-collection of contributions and under-benefit of childcare leave allowances and sickness allowances were incurred.
