Yokohama International Port Construction Road Project No. 3.4.12 Kamoi Kamiiida Line (Motoshuku / Futamatagawa district) has been requested to the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture to execute administrative substitutes based on Article 102-2, Paragraph 2 of the Land Expropriation Act.
