The section of about 1,020m from the Hinode Bridge Intersection in Totsuka-cho, Totsuka-ku to the National Highway No. 1 descending line will open at 14:00 on March 24, 2022 (Thursday).
With this opening, Isogo Ward National Highway No. 16 to Totsuka Ward National Highway No. 1 descending line will be connected via Route 3 to strengthen communication in the southern part of the city, shorten travel time, and improve the safety and convenience of local transportation.
