Based on a partnership agreement with Yokohama City, IKEA Kohoku will provide 708 LED bulbs to 11 elderly households in Municipal Housing in Hodogaya Ward. The introduction of LED lighting not only reduces CO2 emissions from households, but also reduces the risk of falling due to replacement of light bulbsincandescent bulb, which leads to safety and security for elderly households.
On Thursday, April 8, 2021, a presentation ceremony will be held at Kawabe-cho Housing on behalf of Municipal Housing, which receives LED bulbs.
