In Yokohama City, we are working on the development and enlightenment of an environment where patients with cardiovascular disease can easily perform "heart rehabilitation" that can be expected to prevent recurrence and severity of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction. This time, in cooperation with Bayer Yakuhin Co., Ltd., which has concluded a "Cooperation Agreement on Comprehensive Citizen Enlightenment on Medical Care" with Yokohama City, we have created a booklet "Do you know Heart Rehabilitation?"
