November 30 is the day of the "Life Conference" (Advanced Care Planning: Abbreviation "ACP"), which is set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
In Yokohama City, in order to promote the spread and enlightenment of the "Life Conference", we are making efforts using the "Hello Notebook" and "Short Drama".
We will publicize the "Life Conference" in various media on November 30.
