Izumi Ward will hold the "Izumi Fureai Seal Rally 2023" for 42 disability welfare establishments in the ward as an initiative for the Week of Disabled Persons (December 3 to December 9).
This year's theme is "Exciting Tanken Connecting Kokoro".
