Under the influence of COVID-19 infection, we will raise the monthly maximum rent reduction subsidy for owners of "Safety Net Housing with Rent Aid" where those who have reduced income will move in to reduce the rent burden on residents.
At the same time, through real estate-related organizations, we will call on owners and real estate operators to register for "safety net housing with rent subsidies" to increase the number of units supplied.
