At around 16:00 on December 10, 2021, an obscene incident occurred in a facility that supports children's lives in Isogo Ward, which is entrusted by Motoichielementary school studenｔ. A guardian who heard the situation from elementary school studenｔ after returning home reported to the police, and on January 6, 2022 the suspect was arrested.
