On March 24, 2024, the twelfth inhabitant of a ward cultural center (nicknamed "Miskey Hall") will finally open in the city.
As a base for activities and dissemination of cultural arts, we will contribute to the creation of a unique culture rooted in the region, foster a wide variety of communities, and connect them to the future.
