Since January 2021, Kohoku Ward has been serving as a point of contact for issuing My Number Cards to residents of the city.
In addition to the ward office, a temporary window for Shin-Yokohama has been opened to improve user convenience and alleviate congestion at the ward office.
This time, since the grant rate of My Number Card has reached a certain level, handling at the Shin-Yokohama temporary window will be terminated.
In the future, we will issue it at the ward office and Centerkita My Number Card Special Center.
