At around 10:19 on Sunday, April 4, we are pleased to announce that a customer (a woman in her 70s) who was trying to get on a City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau route bus fell due to a door shutdown and was injured.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our injured customers. In addition, we apologize for any inconvenience to customers using the municipal bus.
