In Yokohama City, we aim to achieve decarbonization in ports and harbors. ※We are making efforts to form the foundation of our business.
As part of this effort, Nippon Yusen K.K., Toshiba Energy Systems Co., Ltd., Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., Nippon Kaiji Kyokai, and ENEOS Co., Ltd. have concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement on verification projects such as the development and operation of fuel cell ships.
We will promote collaborative efforts toward the demonstration operation of fuel cell ships in 2024, promptly respond to environmentally friendly ships, and contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society from Yokohama Port.
