Kotokuzan Seki, who became a Makuuchi wrestler from Yokohama City for the first time in 31 years (graduated from Tokaichi Market Junior High School in Midori Ward) at this year's sumo spring place.
Midori Ward will implement support projects in hopes of further success in the future!
