[Press Release] Care prevention lecture "If you are prepared, don't worry! Exercise secrets and promotion of muscle storage "and health check event by pharmacies and groups

　Due to the long-term COVID-19 pandemic, opportunities for exercise and interaction with people are decreasing, and the number of people whose mind and body are declining is increasing.

　In Nishi Ward, we conduct preventive care lectures and health checks with the aim of broadly understanding the need for preventive care and supporting independent maintenance and promotion of health. Professor Minoru Yamada of the University of Tsukuba will be invited to the lecture, and health checks will be conducted with the cooperation of private companies and organizations such as health support pharmacies.
