Nishi Ward Candle Art is a one-night candle event that began in 2008 and celebrates its 14th anniversary this year. The motif candles of the Nishi Ward mascot character "Nishimaro-chan" and the character "Hikonyan" from Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture, which has exchanges with Nishi Ward, and message candles drawn by elementary school students gently illuminate the venue. Please enjoy a fantastic winter night.
