At the 8 City Cooperation Mayors' Meeting (*), Kamakura City has been promoting educational activities to reduce marine plastic waste since 2021, based on the proposal of Kamakura City.
Based on this purpose, in cooperation with eight cities from 2023, we have been conducting cleaning activities centered on towns, rivers, and the sea on the “Zero Waste Day” on May 30. Will be implemented as follows.
