On July 25, the 59th Designated City Mayors Conference was held in Tokyo, and Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka, Mayor of Yokohama, attended. Five requests were adopted, including the "Request for Designated City Mayors' Association for Strengthening the Financial Base of National Health Insurance Based on the Expansion of Employee Insurance" proposed by Yokohama City.
