Food drive will be held in all wards!

In Yokohama City, we are promoting food bank food drive activities as one of our efforts to reduce food loss.
Until now, we have taken various opportunities to carry out food drives in various parts of the city, and we are currently accepting food at ward offices in the 9 wards on the day of opening. In October, the month of food loss reduction, all wards will conduct a food drive all at once.
We collect unused foods that cannot be used in each home and hand them to those who need food through ward social welfare consultation and food bank group. By all means, please bring your food to the nearest location!
