Kirin x Lawson for the first time in Japan! We carry out proof experiment aiming at "society where plastic bottles continue to circulate" in Yokohama!

The plastic problem is one of the causes of marine pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, and is a global issue. In order to promote plastic measures, Kirin Holdings Co., Ltd., Kirin Beverage Co., Ltd., and Lawson Inc. have collaborated to start a demonstration experiment of the collection of used PET bottles using their respective infrastructures. This initiative is the first nationwide initiative in which beverage manufacturers and the distribution and sales industries work together to collect and recycle used PET bottles.
