Yokohama City, Yokohama Beer Co., Ltd., and Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. Yokohama Division will sell Yokohama Beer "Hamakuro Curry" from April 21 as a collaborative project focusing on malt lees, a by-product created during the brewing process of craft beer. Was.
Yokohama Beer has been working on a project to recycle food waste as a resource since 2018, but as a new initiative, Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. proposed the use of malt lees and used it as a curry ingredient. At the same time, we incorporated it into packaging and worked on commercialization.
