About Yokohama-shi information disclosure, personal information protection examination committee report from 2937 to 2939

The Yokohama City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Examination Committee (Chairman Shizuo Fujiwara) today submitted the following three reports.
In Report No. 2937, we believe that the disclosure decision made by City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat is not appropriate and that the scope of disclosure should be expanded.
In Report No. 2938, the decision on non-disclosure of personal information made by the mayor of Yokohama is not appropriate, and a complaint response report on the response of the specific district center with the reporting date on the 30th of the previous month of the specific month of the specific year is retained personal information. We have determined that we should make a decision to disclose or non-disclosure again after specifying it.
In Report No. 2939, we judge that partial disclosure decision made by Yokohama-shi water supply business manager is appropriate.
