"On-site investigation report about personal information handling office work in 2022" was submitted to the mayor by Yokohama-shi personal information protection council chairperson.

　In order to ensure the proper handling of personal information, the Third-Party Evaluation Committee on the Protection of Personal Information in Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as the "Third-Party Evaluation Committee" and Chairman Kashima Yasuji every year, conducts on-site surveys of business sites in Yokohama City and compiles reports.
　In fiscal 2022, a field survey was conducted on the handling of personal information related to the fire department and children's guidance office, and the report was submitted to the mayor today.
　In the future, the mayor will report the results of the measures for the proposed opinion to the council.
