The Yokohama City Firefighter Appointment Ceremony and Entrance Ceremony adopted in 2022 will be held as follows.
New hires will be assigned to each fire department after six months of basic education in Fire Academy, six months of practical education at 18 fire departments in the city, and one year of initial education.
