On February 22, 2022 (Tuesday), the Izumi fire department Okazu rescue squad, who entered the Seya Ward, made an error on a motorway while transporting the victim to a medical institution, resulting in a delay of approximately 16 minutes to arrive.
In addition, when the rescue squad came into contact with the victim, it was in cardiopulmonary arrest and continued emergency rescue treatment until the arrival of the medical institution, but died after arrival.
