As the times are at a major turning point, such as the expected entry into a full-scale population decline society, Yokohama City Hall and its staff have compiled a "Basic Policy on Administrative Management" (draft) that outlines "What kind of thinking, what, and how to focus on, and how to work on administrative management?"
