In Yokohama City, we are studying ways to strengthen and diversify disaster information's means of communication to strengthen crisis response capabilities that support the safety and security of citizens. In addition, the Yokohama DX Strategy, which was formulated to promote DX in Yokohama City, has launched initiatives for co-creation and emergence, and initiatives that do not leave those who are unfamiliar with digital devices as "digital divides."
This time, use the TV push service provided by Itts Communications Co., Ltd. for those who do not have a smartphone, those who have difficulty communicating information (such as those with hearing impairments, elderly and hearing loss), etc. We will conduct a demonstration experiment to automatically activate the TV in the event of an emergency such as a disaster and deliver important information.
