We hold "town development seminar that made use of the history + JIA Kanagawa architecture forum" with the theme of former Yokohama-shi Government building!

Every year, the Urban Development Bureau Urban Design Office holds “History Town Development Seminars” with the aim of encouraging citizens to learn about the historical landscape and the charm of Historic buildings.
This year, in cooperation with JIA Kanagawa, in the wake of the relocation of the Yokohama City Hall, we will consider the preservation and utilization of 20th-century architecture, including the use of the former site of the former Yokohama City Hall, "City Development Seminar Utilizing History + JIA Kanagawa Architectural Forum" It will be held.
The project will also be held in collaboration with the exhibition "M meet M" of architects involved in the design of the old and new government buildings, which was announced by the Culture and Tourism Bureau Creative City Promotion Division on October 16, 2020.
