Last year, the 4th Totsuka Song Contest, which was canceled, will be changed to a web venue this year and held. We will deliver live images of six unique musicians who have won the qualifying round from a large number of general applications. This time, the Grand Prix will be decided by WEB voting from everyone.
The song selected for the Grand Prix will be the theme song of "Music Town and Tsuka".
