The Totsuka Ward Shopping Street stamp rally will be held to support the difficult shopping streets in Totsuka Ward due to the impact of COVID-19 infection. Through the stamp rally, we are calling for hand-washing, wearing masks, and ensuring social distance, and promoting consumption in shopping streets to prevent the expansion of the COVID-19 infection and revitalize the local economy.
