Totsuka Ward presents the Totsuka Ward Citizen's Honor Award, Encouragement Award, and Special Award to honor those who have made outstanding achievements in enhancing the name of Totsuka Ward.
The winners of the 2022 Totsuka Ward Honor Award were announced on December 28, 2022, and the award ceremony for the 2022 Totsuka Ward Honor Award will be held.
