On October 20, Saitama Prefecture represented nine prefectures (Saitama Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokohama City, Kawasaki City, Chiba City, Saitama City, Sagamihara City) on behalf of the nine prefectures (Saitama Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokohama City, Kawasaki City, Chiba City, Saitama City, Sagamihara City) to implement the necessary measures for "continuation and expansion of local construction industry and self-government support related to promote the promotion".
