As part of the funding necessary for SDGs initiatives and environmental and social measures, Yokohama City aims to issue ESG (Environment, Social,Governance) bonds, and this time, the Yokohama City Sustainability Bond Framework, which is the issue policy, was created.
Based on this framework, we plan to issue sustainability bonds, a type of ESG bond. Details such as specific issuance timing and issuance amount will be determined in the future based on market conditions and other factors.
