2025 Digital Government Headquarters Resident Information Infrastructure Division, Yokohama City Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Office Assistance) Application Guidelines

1.Duties

(1) General affairs business assistance
   Communication and coordination with facility managers, telephone and e-mail correspondence
(2) Contract administration (consignment, procurement of equipment, purchase of consumables, etc.)
   Collection of estimates from businesses, preparation of documents related to contracts, payment procedures, etc.
   ※There is input work of Motoichi original system
(3) Communication and coordination related to ICT
   Response to inquiries from system operation and maintenance companies, etc.
(4) Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
   ※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

2.Eligibility

(1) Essential Basic operation of personal computers (input Excel words, terminal operation, etc.), telephone support
(2) Yes: It is desirable to have knowledge about ICT and experience in contract affairs.

4.Working conditions and compensation

(1) Appointment period
   From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
(2) Working hours (break time from 12:00 to 13:00)
   From 8:45 to 17:15
(3) Working days
   4 days a week (excluding days and holidays specified by the director in advance)
(4) Work location
   In Totsuka-ku, Yokohama City (Detailed location will be notified after the recruitment decision)
(5) Compensation※
   9,150 yen per day (hourly wage: 1,220 yen) (as of December 1, 2024)
   ※Based on the rules, the term-end allowance, actual commuting expenses, etc. (up to 55,000 yen per month) will be paid separately.
   ※Remuneration is the amount as of December 1, 2024. It is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
(6) Vacation
   According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City
(7) Social insurance
   Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(8) physical checkup at the time of employment
   If necessary, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of hiring.

   ※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

5.How to apply

6.Selection method

(1) Primary selection

   ※The results of the first selection will be notified by e-mail by Friday, January 31, 2025.
(2) Second Selection
   This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
    A Selection Method: Interview
    B. Date of selection: Friday, February 7, 2025
   ※The venue and meeting time (scheduled in the afternoon at the city hall) will be notified by e-mail to those who have passed the first selection along with the results.
   ※The results of the second selection will be notified by e-mail by Friday, February 21, 2025.

7.Others

Recruitment by this selection is a condition that the budget for 2025 will be decided by the Yokohama City Council.
If you do not vote, you may not be accepted even if you pass the selection.
