2025 Yokohama Digital Design Office Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Project Management Support Services) Recruitment Guidelines
1.Duties
- Response to DX consultation from each department
- Support for business analysis conducted by each department
- Support for the study of solutions
- Support for side-by-side deployment of services
- In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
2.Eligibility
We seek those who have the ability to provide advice based on specialized knowledge and experience and assist in administrative coordination in business improvement and service introduction and development utilizing digital technology.
(Required skills)
- Experience in project management related to digital services (approximately 3 years or more)
- Experience in measuring effects and improving business based on data
- Experience of deploying within the agency (in-house) in introducing services, etc.
- Communication skills to build relationships of trust with domestic and external stakeholders
- The ability to collect information that can follow and share trends related to digital technology

4.Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
(2) Working hours (break time from 12:00 to 13:00)
From 9:00 to 16:00
(3) Working days
3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) specified by the director in advance from Monday to Friday
(4) Work location
Digital Government Headquarters Digital Design Office (in City Hall) ※We may make a business trip in the city due to meetings etc.
(5) Compensation※
15,288 yen per day
※Based on the rules, the term-end, diligence allowance, actual commuting expenses, etc. (up to 55,000 yen per month) will be paid separately.
(6) Vacation
Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
(7) Social insurance
No subscription
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
(8) Others
Can be part-time (with conditions)
5.How to apply

6.Selection method
(1) Primary selection
Selection method: Document selection using the application form for the fiscal year appointment staff
※The results of the first selection will be notified by e-mail by Monday, March 3, 2025.
(2) Second Selection
This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
A Selection Method: Interview
B. Date of selection: Wednesday, March 5, 2025
※The venue and meeting time will be notified by e-mail to those who have passed the first screening along with the results.
※The results of the second selection will be notified by e-mail by Friday, March 7, 2025.
Notes
Recruitment by this selection is a condition that the 2025 budget for Yokohama City will be decided by the Yokohama City Council.
If a vote is not made, it may not be accepted even if it passes the selection.
