We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff to work in the Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Division of the Economic Affairs Bureau Small and Medium Enterprise Fisheries Promotion Department.

Duties

  • Administrative assistance in business related to business support (telephone correspondence, examination of subsidy application, input to financial accounting system, input of document management system, etc.)
  • Other small and medium-sized business promotion section administrative assistance duties (telephone correspondence, visitor correspondence, data entry, document creation, etc.)

※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during time)

Eligibility

  • Basic operation of a personal computer (creation of materials using Word Excel, etc., terminal operation, etc.)
  • Being able to respond kindly and politely in telephone and visitor correspondence
  • Do not fall under any disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

Appointment period

From April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025

Working days and working hours

From Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
From 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (including one hour break)

Salary

9,976 yen per day (1,376 yen per hour)
※This is the estimated amount as of January 2025. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
End-of-term, diligence allowance, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses (up to 55,000 yen)) are paid separately.

Social insurance

Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance

Vacation

Annual paid leave, sick leave, etc.
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Selection schedule

First Selection Document Selection

The selection will be made based on the screening of the documents submitted at the time of application, and the results of the selection will be notified by mail.

Second Selection Interview Selection

Interviews will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.

Notification of results

All candidates will be notified by mail in February 2025, regardless of pass or fail.
