 We are recruiting staff for the fiscal year to work at the Housing and Architecture Bureau Building Guidance Division.

1 Outline of recruitment

(1) Duties

  • Survey of owners and heirs of vacant houses, etc., location surveys, creation of inheritance-related diagrams, etc.
  • Procedures for filing with courts under the Property Management System
  • Support for staff based on expertise and experience in improvement guidance services such as vacant houses, and assistance for sending notifications, etc.
  • In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

2 Eligibility

  1. Being qualified as a judicial scrivener
  2. Have at least 5 years of practical experience in inheritance work (inheritance survey, creation of inheritance-related diagrams, etc.)
  3. Basic PC operations (Excel, Word, E-mail input, terminal operation) and telephone support (transfer) can be performed.
  4. Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

3 Working conditions

(1) Working days
  2 days a week (excluding Sunday, Saturday and public holidays, New Year's holidays, etc.)
(2) Working hours
  From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (break time is from noon to 1:00 pm)
(3) Salary
  1,832 yen per hour Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
(4) Holidays, etc.
  Annual leave, etc.
(5) Social insurance
  None
  ※Depending on other work conditions, you may need to take out social insurance.
(6) Other working conditions
  Based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary of the staff of Yokohama-shi fiscal year appointment and expense compensation.

5 Selection Schedule

(1) Primary selection (document selection)

Wednesday, March 5, 2025
※Regardless of pass/fail, all applicants will be notified of the selection results by mail. (Scheduled to be shipped by Friday, March 7)
※If you have passed, we will inform you of the results by phone.

(2) Secondary selection (interview)

  Wednesday, March 12, 2025 (planned)

  ※Details such as interview locations and times will be notified only to those who have passed the primary selection, enclosed with the primary results.

(3) Pass/fail decision and notice of recruitment/non-recruitment
