Child and Youth Bureau Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Daily Appointed Staff) (General Affairs Accounting and Investigation of Child Raising Allowance and Special Child Raising Allowance)
City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau is looking for fiscal year appointment staff to assist in general affairs accounting and on-site investigation of Child Raising Allowance and Special Child Raising Allowance. ■Number of employees to be appointed
1 person each (total of 3 persons) for the following occupations:
- General Affairs and Accounting for Child Raising Allowance
- Field Survey on Child Raising Allowance
- General affairs accounting and on-site investigation of special Child Raising Allowance
■Appointment period
April 14, Reiwa 7-March 31, Reiwa 8
■Overview of Duties
General affairs accounting and on-site investigation of Child Raising Allowance and Special Child Raising Allowance
- Regular drafting (certification of application documents, etc.)
- Simple accounting work such as expenditure orders and order requests
- Coordination work until the implementation of the survey
- On the day of the field survey
- Preparation of investigation report
- Response to telephone inquiries
- Other affairs including minor drafting
※Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work only during working hours)

※According to Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act, those who fall under the following cannot take the exam.
(1) Persons who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
(2) A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
(3) A person who is in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment for committing a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
(4) A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
(5) A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

(2) 2 envelopes (for interview test date and time notification and final result notification)
Please prepare two long 3 envelopes. Write the postal code, Address and name of the applicant on the front of the two envelopes.
Please write "Simplified Registered Mail" in red.
※ Application is limited to Motoichi predetermined style.
