1. Job description
- Reference counter operations and its assistance
- Duties such as collection, storage, bibliographic confirmation, bookshelf arrangement, etc. and their assistance
- Data entry and document preparation
- Telephone support
- Disaster countermeasure assistance in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work only during working hours)
- In addition, duties based on instructions of the head of the affiliation or staff
2 Eligibility
- Those who have worked at a library of Yokohama City or other local governments for at least one year.
- Those who are healthy and can perform all of the duties shown in 1 above.
- Person who can perform basic operation of PC (input Excel, word, terminal operation, etc.)
- Those who can respond to telephone calls
3 Number of recruiters
(1) Appointment period: From April 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017
(2) Appointment period: From April 1, 2015 to May 9, 2015
4 Working conditions and compensation
