We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff at Finance Bureau Tax Division.

Application requirements
Basic operation of personal computers (input Excel words, terminal operation, etc.), administrative assistance such as journaling of documents, and telephone support.
Business in charge
- Telephone agency work, printing of materials, computer input work
- Sorting of mail and various output forms
- Payment work related to outsourcing, assistance in various general affairs and accounting work
- Calibration of printed materials, confirmation of materials, etc.
- In addition, auxiliary services related to planning affairs
- Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

10,320 yen per day (1,376 yen per hour)

Selection method and schedule
(1)1st Selection: Document review
We will review the application documents.
(2)Notification of the results of the first selection
Scheduled to be shipped by mail by Monday, February 10, 2025
(3)2nd Selection: Interview
Interviews will be held in mid-February 2025.
Meeting place: Finance Bureau Tax Division, Yokohama (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
The date and time of the meeting will be notified individually to those who have passed the first screening after the application is accepted in writing.
(4)Final selection results
Regardless of pass or fail, it will be shipped by mail by Monday, March 3, 2025.
