The Finance Bureau Collection Measures Section recruits fiscal year appointment staff to engage in administrative assistance.

Eligibility

・Person who can perform basic operation of PC (simple operation of PC such as Microsoft Word, Excel)
・Those who can respond to telephone calls

Duties

・PC input work and telephone agency work for various forms
・Delivery and receipt of media to contractors
・Arrangement of documents and data
・Other subsidy affairs related to tax payment affairs
・Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Appointment period

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
If your work performance is good, you may be reappointed. (up to 4 times)

Working hours

From 8:45 am to 3:45 pm (break time is from noon to 1:00 pm)

Working days required

5 days a week (excluding Sunday, Saturday, public holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29 to January 3))

Work location

Yokohama-shi Finance Bureau collection measures section (12th floor of 10 Yokohama-shi government building 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi)

Compensation, etc.

¥168,200 per month
End-of-term allowance, diligence allowance, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately according to Motoichi standards.

Selection method

Primary selection

We will select documents based on the submitted application form for the fiscal year appointment staff and essay.
The results of the first selection will be sent by mail on Friday, February 28, 2025, regardless of pass or fail.

Second Selection

This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
The results of the second selection will be sent by mail on Thursday, March 13, 2025, regardless of pass or fail.

physical checkup at the time of employment
