Finance Bureau Fiscal year appointment staff (Facility Management Promotion Section Municipal land sale business) (adopted on June 1, 2025)

The Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section recruits staff for the fiscal year engaged in the sale of municipal land.

1 Application requirements

・Person who can perform citizen reception, telephone reception, PC operation (including word, Excel)
・Those who have the qualification of a residential land and building trader, or those who have more than 3 years of assistance in residential land and building trader business
・Those who do not fall under the disqualification provisions of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

2 Business in charge

・Investigation of properties for sale and preparation of property record
・Set minimum sales price
・Registration surveys and surveys of documents such as public drawings issued by government agencies
・Bidding of municipal land open call for participants sale and contract duties
・Boundary survey, surveying and boundary witness work
・Measures against soil contamination of properties to be sold and measures against underground buried objects
・Other work assistance for staff in the section
・Other matters deemed necessary by the Director General
・Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

4. Appointment Period

Appointment period: From Sunday, June 1, Reiwa 7 to Tuesday, March 31, Reiwa 8

However, if your work performance is good, you may be re-appointed. (up to 4 times)

5 Working conditions

Working days and hours

Work four days a week except Wednesday (planned), Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (except from December 29 to January 3)
From 8:45 to 17:15, break time from 12:00 to 13:00

Salary

226,300 yen per month, term-end allowance, diligence allowance, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.

Vacation

Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.

Social insurance

Joined employment insurance, employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association) and Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin)

Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

7 Selection method and schedule

Selection and interview of the Fiscal Year Appointment Staff Application Form and Essay

(In the case of a large number of applicants, a document screening will be conducted as a primary screening, and a notification of the selection result will be sent by mail by Friday, May 2, 2025.)

Interview: Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (planned)
