Based on this, a part of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Specified Skills Standards was revised, and organizations that belong to specific skills were requested by local governments to cooperate with measures implemented to realize a symbiotic society (hereinafter referred to as “symbiotic measures”). <When a confirmation of cooperation is required>
・When accepting a specified technical foreigner for the first time, after concluding a specific technical employment contract with the foreigner, before applying for a certificate of residence or applying for permission to change the status of residence.
・If you have already accepted a Specified Skilled Foreigner, before the first application for permission to change your status of residence or renew your period of stay for the first time after the enforcement date.
